To register and use jk8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. jk8 is committed to child protection and strictly prohibits anyone under the legal age from using this platform under any circumstances.
• Being an individual registering in your own name, not representing any third party or other entity without written authorization from jk8.
• Not an employee, partner, agent, or immediate family member of any jk8 employee or partner.
• Not subject to any active self-exclusion order from any betting platform or institution.
• Legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at jk8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and valid banking details.
• Updating your account information whenever changes occur to ensure our records remain accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
• Notifying jk8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Jk8 reserves the right to verify a member's identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain limit. This verification process includes submission of a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents.

Jk8 supports a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure channels.

• All withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the jk8 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Jk8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for the purpose of security review or additional identity verification if required.
• Any charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the member.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Jk8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if promotion terms are found to have been violated or abused.
• The use of multiple accounts, coordinated fraud, or any strategy intended to exploit bonuses unfairly is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
• Unused bonuses that expire within the specified time frame will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Jk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the jk8 platform are considered final once confirmed by the system. jk8 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent body to ensure fairness in every game.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in cases where a clear technical error on jk8's part is proven.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, jk8 will endeavor to restore the game state to the last recorded position. If restoration is not possible, the relevant bets will be voided and funds returned.
• Jk8 reserves the right to void any wager suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or software bug exploitation.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and are subject to change from time to time.
• Winnings generated from wagers placed using funds obtained unlawfully or through fraudulent activity will be fully voided.

• Requests from competent authorities or valid court orders.
• Creating multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.

Members may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the jk8 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original deposit method once standard security checks have been completed.

Jk8 provides its online betting platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.

• Jk8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Jk8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Jk8 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
